Leadership teams’ have been turning to us to help them master the “tricks of the trade” for accelerating business performance improvement. They all want the same thing – big results fast. Our response has always the same, if you want accelerated performance, you just need to do two things; i. remove the impediments to performance and ii. bring out the best in your people.
Sounds simple, right? Well, not so as many have found out.
Approach:
Telling you what to do is one thing, teaching you how to do it, is another. Our task is the latter, that is to help you master the “trick of the trade” to the point that the task of managing becomes a pleasurable endeavor.
So, what do you do?
This is always an intriguing question for us to answer. Our work is multi-disciplinary necessitating the need to work across disciplines such as analyzing, advising, coaching,facilitating, educating, etc. What our clients tell us is is that we a. are very business oriented, b. performance focused and c. coaching in approach. So the moniker we now use to describe what we do is simply “Business Performance Coaching” or BPC.
We don’t do fads:
All of our methods have been designed based on insights drawn across a range of disciplines that include industrial psychology, cultural anthropology and behavioral economics with the objective of answering the magical question: “why do people behave the way they behave and what is the impact of that behavior on performance?”
